The support we have been receiving is incredible! Because of this, we have completely SOLD OUT of noodles and will be closing a little earlier than expected tonight. While selling out isn't the worst problem to have, we apologize for the inconvenience.

Good morning! Due to some unexpected staffing issues this morning, we will be opening at 12:30PM today. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding. We look forward to seeing you this afternoon!

Good evening! We want to extend our apologies for some unexpected issues we experienced today/tonight. Unfortunately, we had lost access to all our systems and were unable to view or process anything, including our websites and ordering. Completely locked out of EVERYTHING.

This was an issue beyond our control, but I am happy to announce that we are back on track! We will open tomorrow at normal time, 11am, with fingers crossed that all has been resolved.

So sorry for the inconvenience... and thank you for all the continued patience!

Happy Fourth of July! Today, Speakeasy Ramen will be closed so our staff can spend time with their families. We will be open on Monday at 11am.

We are thrilled to introduce everyone to the NEW OWNER of Speakeasy Ramen, Carah Nicewaner 🎉

What?! You already know her?! Of course you do. Carah has been a regular face behind the bar for almost as long as we've been open. She knows the food and drinks, she knows the customers, she can manage the quirks of the building and the equipment, she delivers the best service -- and it's time to get out of her way!

While it's always been a nice litte gem, Carah will polish it into something even finer -- she already has ideas!

We are CLOSED today, Tuesday, June 30 while we switch over all the systems.

But we open Wednesday, July 1 at 11 am, so come in and congratulate her! And pick up a cocktail or menu item or two. 🍸 🍜
