I am so excited to bring my passion for health and fitness back to our community! Fit Club classes officially kick off right after Labor Day, and I cannot wait to help you reach your goals.

I'm Jen Ostergren! As a certified personal trainer, I took a brief hiatus, but now I’m back and teaming up with the Springfield Taekwondo Academy to bring fresh fitness opportunities to you!

Family Life: I'm a married mom of two kiddos (my oldest is living her dream as a 4th-year veterinary student, and my 13-year-old son lives and breathes baseball!) plus a dog and a tortoise.

Mission: To help you feel your best, get healthier, and build a supportive community.
