Today, we are highlighting 𝗠𝗱. 𝗟𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗳𝘂𝗿 𝗥𝗮𝗵𝗺𝗮𝗻, Lead UI Engineer at Brain Station 23.

He started his journey as a Junior UI Engineer and grew into the role of Lead UI Engineer, gaining far more than technical expertise along the way. His experience taught him that building great digital products is not only about writing code, but also about taking ownership of outcomes, communicating clearly, and working closely with teams and stakeholders.

For Latifur, one of the most meaningful parts of working at Brain Station 23 is the culture that supports people, encourages learning, and creates space for individuals to grow into leaders.

His journey has been shaped by complex challenges, shared knowledge, strong teamwork, and milestones achieved together with colleagues who made the experience truly meaningful.

We are proud to celebrate his journey and the leadership he continues to bring to UI engineering.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲.

That was the challenge 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗰 brought to Brain Station 23. As healthcare data became increasingly complex, the company needed a platform that could help doctors uncover meaningful insights faster.

The platform needed to interpret symptoms and diagnostic data, unify patient records, safeguard sensitive health information, and comply with strict healthcare regulations.

Brain Station 23 helped Persomic build a secure healthcare solution that brought together clinical decision support, EHR integration, diagnostic guidance, and secure infrastructure.

We were happy to welcome 35+ students from 𝗚𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗮𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗵 to Brain Station 23 as part of their industry visit.

The visit created an opportunity for students to explore the software industry, gain insights into real-world technology practices, and understand how academic knowledge connects with professional experiences.

During the session, students participated in discussions on 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗠𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝗜, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗜-𝗗𝗟𝗖, exploring career opportunities, modern software development practices, and the growing role of AI in shaping the future of technology.

We also appreciate the presence of the respected faculty members from German University Bangladesh who accompanied the students throughout the program.

The curiosity, thoughtful questions, and active participation from the students made the visit a meaningful and engaging experience.

We wish all the students continued success in their academic and professional journeys and look forward to seeing them contribute to the future of technology.

𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗮𝗿 𝗯𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘄𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺.

𝗦𝘂𝘇𝘂𝗸𝗶 wanted its digital platform to do more than showcase motorcycles. It needed to help customers discover models, purchase accessories and parts, find nearby dealers, and book services through one connected experience.

That is where 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟮𝟯 helped Suzuki to build a mobile-responsive platform that brought product discovery, commerce, service access, offers, and secure payments together.

AI has changed how much a development team can deliver. It has not changed how many engineers Japan has. AI-driven development expands capacity without expanding headcount, but the headcount still has to exist.

More than 2,000 Bangladeshi IT professionals already work in Japanese companies, built over nine years through the B-JET programme and the Miyazaki-Bangladesh Model. Brain Station 23 is widening that path, building engineering teams to Japanese standards of quality and communication.

On 22 July 2026, we brought that case to leaders from across Japanese industry at "𝗔𝗜-𝗗𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: 𝗔𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗳𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗝𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁," hosted at the Embassy of Bangladesh in Tokyo with the support of JETRO.

Let that sink in.

Over his nine-year journey, he has seen how learning, clear communication, teamwork, and accountability can shape both personal and professional growth. For him, one of the most rewarding parts of working at Brain Station 23 is the opportunity to learn, innovate, and grow alongside talented people who are always open to sharing knowledge.
