Join me this Sunday for a unique experience where you will connect deeply with yourself, Mother Nature and the universe.
The Walking Meditation takes us through the woods, on paths well worn and less traveled, until we reach the meadow of wildflowers where we embrace the expansiveness of the earth.
Our Walking Meditation will take 30-45 minutes.
Following this grounding experience, you can settle in to the sooting sounds of the crystal singing bowls. Relax into the vibrations and see what journey the sounds take you on, or commune with the raspberries and pick while listening to the sound bath.
