What a crazy crazy few weeks it has been around here! 💗

Just checking in as we all enter the “-BER” months, or if you’re in the business world… ending quarter 3 and prepping for quarter 4 🫪

Madi & I (Morgan) have been working hard behind the scenes making sure the 417 sees the best of our clients 🤪 You may not see us here, but chances are you’ve seen our work without realizing. In my humble opinion, if no one notices the connections between all the different client’s work, then we must be doing our jobs right!

We are still prepping some awesome work to show off here from time to time, but needless to say we are blessed to have the work in the first place.

The Morgan’s Marketing (now team!) has been booked and busy these last few weeks! 🤩

Morgan has been gathering content for clients, including Least of These, Ozark Mountain Popcorn, North Springfield Betterment Association, just to name a few! Madi has also officially entered the world of networking, including a Networking Navy karaoke night last weekend. (Morgan killed it on the keyboard, by the way.)

Madi and Morgan were in the middle of a late-evening planning session when we realized it was Cow Appreciation Day at Chick-fil-A, so naturally, we dressed up as cows the best we could and immediately took a “free” dinner break.

Safe to say, it’s been a good time. 🕺

I’m excited to see where this new chapter of Morgan’s Marketing takes me (Morgan) as Madi helps me tackle all things marketing! 🤪

I CANNOT BELIEVE it’s already been two years of this “little passion project”!!!!! 🪩💜🤩

What started as a casual conversation with a friend as we navigated what the heck we wanted to do with our lives has turned into such a life changing experience. I get to meet new people every day, flex that creative + marketing muscle that I love so dearly, AND people wanna pay me for it??? Are you sure???

I never take for granted the people and clients and strangers who have encouraged me along the way. I wouldn’t be sitting here in awe of the work I’ve built if it wasn’t for everyone around me. The next chapter of Morgan’s Marketing is already underway and I CANNOT BE MORE EXCITEDDDDDD 💜💜💜

I am excited to announce that Morgan’s Marketing has their FIRST OFFICIAL EMPLOYEE, Madi Kerrigan!!!! 🎉🥳💜

Madi will be my Creative Assistant, working alongside me through campaign strategies, admin work, networking, and overall giving me an extra hand when I need it. 💜

“Hi! I’m Madi, and I’m a recent grad from Missouri State (go Bears!) with a degree in Psychology. I’m originally from central Indiana, and I’m coming up on my 4th year living in the Springfield-area. I love all things nature, local coffee, and spending all my extra money on concerts. I am SO excited to be joining Morgan’s Marketing and to get connected with all of you lovely people and your businesses within the community!”

I ordered a collection of Morgan's Marketing Mixes for my ribbon-cutting and networking events last month, but I overestimated how many I needed. These expire within the next week or two, and I would hate to see them go to waste!

Anyone in the Springfield/Nixa/Branson area want a small snack bag? I'll be ordering more from Ozark Mountain Popcorn later this month and will continue to hand them out if you miss this freebie 😉

It’s National Camera Day, so what a perfect excuse to gush about the one interest I’ve had for as long as I can remember! 📸🤪💜

I’ve always loved cameras, whether that was for taking photos with my friends and loved ones growing up or making silly music videos in the basement of my parents' home (some of which you can still find on YouTube 🫣)

In fact, I was taking photos as “Morgan Lee Photography” (now archived as Shot By Ralls) in high school, even if it was unserious photo shoots for Instagram in front of brick walls and random fields around town.

You can’t find me anywhere without at least one camera on me at all times, always on the ready when I see something that catches my eye or if it’s too good a moment to be ignored ☺️

It’s the foundation of all that I do, in and out of work!!!

Now I get to record videos for work, product shots, social media content, and everything in between! 💜

If there’s a shot that needs documenting and showing off, I’m happy to be there, camera in hand.

I’ve known Emily for nearly 20 years now, which is scary to say out loud but also the coolest fun fact ever. We’ve spent childhood birthday parties together, goofed around in college, and now I’m taking her engagement photos???? UGH!

I was nervous to take on such a big responsibility like capturing Emily & Jake’s love for one another, but I am so so happy that I had the opportunity to do so. Emily, I’m honored to have known you for all the stages of life we’ve experienced together and I’m so excited to witness this next new adventure for you. 💜

Although it was long overdue (sorry Whitney lol) I’m glad it worked out the way that it did. I’ve been part of the chamber for almost 2 years now, making it one of the very first networking groups I joined once I went freelance. I knew a few people from my time at Nixa Schools, but it was the first time I was learning how to represent myself AND my business.

Fast forward to Wednesday and I got to have friends, family, clients, and the community of people I’ve met through networking all in one room celebrating something that I’VE created! Absolute insanity!!!

And for those who didn’t make it, I still had a pool of text messages full of well wishes and congrats, so the gratitude and thanks continued way behind the ribbing cutting :’)

It’s days like Wednesday then remind me I have a great community of people always cheering me on 💜
