Aahara’s Inner Beloved SHIP’s Big Picture Process! With every SHIP, we offer Shamanic Breathwork and with it comes an opportunity to do an art expression of one’s process, usually creating a mandala.

In the Big Picture Process, participants are invited to step into a bigger, more open and expansive reflection of their breathwork experience.

Coming from their right brained, experiential nature, they use a larger canvas with acrylic paint. It’s a dynamic work, expressing a higher perspective aspect of their experience in their breathwork.

We offer a processing experience after the Shamanic Breathwork, giving participants an opportunity to digest, process, and begin to integrate their experience. This includes exploring the symbolic meaning expressed in their big picture process.

Our Inner Beloved Shamanic Healing initiatory Process, otherwise known as SHIP was a potent dive, connecting to the life force energy within each of us to fully shine our light and be our authentic self!

There's so much magic that happens when we gather together with intention, vulnerability, and heart as we connect with each other, the natural world and the cosmos.

Bringing it altogether, the dark and the light, the ease and the struggle, the beautiful and the messy, the pain and the ecstasy. It is all a part of this dynamic and beautiful human ride that we are on as we bring the divine more fully into human form.

I am incredibly proud of these human beings!

We completed our Shadow SHIP (Shamanic Healing Initiatory Process) this weekend with these amazing human beings!

What a powerful and potent initiation… deep and profound work of recovery and discovery of the parts of ourselves we had to deny, protect, or bury because it was not safe to be who we were.

Our shadow indeed holds gold. In diving deep to meet these pieces, we recover the energy we have been using to keep them unconscious, thus finding more passion and purpose in our lives.

PS: We missed John, he was home recovering from a respiratory bug.
