Video Production and Satellite Services produces news coverage, public service announcements, and educational and informational programs (remote and studio) for constitutional officers, legislators, and state agencies, boards, and commissions. Video Production, Radio, Photography and Satellite Services produces news coverage, public service announcements, and educational and informational programs (remote and studio) for constitutional officers, legislators, and state agencies, boards, and commissions. The division operates a satellite system (audio and video transmissions) with which users can offer live and taped video coverage of news or state government events to television stations throughout the state, nation, and world. Media Services is a division of the Bureau of the Illinois Office of Communication & Information (IOCI) at the Illinois State Department of Central Management Services. Our division is responsible for providing media production services for constitutional officers, legislators, and state agencies, boards, and commissions. Studio is on Third Floor
