🍽️ Scallions is back!
Our student-run restaurant is officially open, with Culinary & Hospitality students preparing and serving “Up in Smoke,” a brand-new menu inspired by classic Midwest barbecue flavors.
Opening day was a hit, with a packed dining room and satisfied guests.
The restaurant is open to the public most Thursdays from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Information Commons West, Room 108.

💙The people make the place! Ozarks Tech has once again been named one of the nation’s best colleges to work for by the Great Colleges to Work For® program.
For the fourth consecutive year, we earned the program’s highest distinction, the Great Colleges Honor Roll, ranking among the top four two-year institutions in our size category nationwide.
This recognition is based largely on employee feedback, making it a true reflection of the people who make Ozarks Tech a great place to work.
⛳For 20 years, our community has helped drive student success through the Ozarks Tech Foundation Golf Tournament.
Yesterday, at Hickory Hills Country Club, the Foundation hosted its 20th Annual Golf Tournament to raise scholarship funds that benefit Ozarks Tech students.
Since 2006, the event has funded more than 200 scholarships. Now that’s a legacy worth celebrating!
We appreciate our donors, golfers and sponsors for making this a successful tradition. 🔥Scallions is back with a fresh menu inspired by the smoky, savory flavors of Midwest barbecue.
This year’s theme, “Up in Smoke,” was created by culinary and hospitality students working alongside instructor chefs. Ozarks Tech’s student-run restaurant gives aspiring chefs and hospitality professionals valuable experience developing menus, preparing meals and providing exceptional service to guests.
Scallions is open to the public, but reservations are encouraged. The restaurant operates on most Thursdays during the fall semester. More details below.

💙Behind every successful surgery is a surgical tech who put in the time and training to make sure every detail is in place before the first incision is ever made in the operating room.
