With so much recent growth, Show Me Shock softball has some coaching opportunities available

- back ground check is necessary
- prefer high level experience obviously with the sport
- phenomenal communication skills
- highly motivational
- high level of self accountability and capability to hold others accountable
- provide great structure and balance for athletes and parents
- able and willing to share knowledge. Create workouts and exercises for new, intermediate and advanced athletes

Available openings from ages 8u to 18u

SMS SOFTBALL 🥎 does play year round and we are broken up into 3 sessions
- PAID 💰 role
- right candidate MUST BE WILLING to shadow

I am so happy I was given the opportunity to coach this very talented group of 16u softball players. All the parents and athletes from so many different softball teams, thank you! To all you coaches of these girls that participated, you are doing phenomenal work, KEEP IT UP. To ALL ADMINISTRATORS and UMPIRES that come together to make this wonderful event happen, our Show Me Shock family and all participating members are so grateful. Thank you 🙏

Over the past couple years, We are slightly nervous to hold tryouts so late in the season but don’t always like the idea or “thought” of re-structuring teams (tryouts) when we have tournaments we are competing in.
So… thank you.
It’s going to be an amazing tryout !!!

First step, If you love softball and want to play at a high level, you’re not on or committed to a team yet, THEN SIGN UP

18u SMS🥎💛- gold squad (4 spots)
very very speedy team. seasoned pitcher, or a pitcher willing to work very hard over this upcoming winter changes this teams dynamic. Catcher moved onto college ball.

16u SMS🥎💜- lavender squad (3 spots)
Young group, very talented all around. 3rd Pitcher
Could be very desirable. Will need to be very athletic , well versed in multiple positions. Very
Coachable and control mental side of game well

16u SMS🥎🖤- black squad. (5 spots)
Candidates for this group so far and returning teammates, will allow this squad to compete very well. Loads of determination in this group

14u SMS🥎🤍- white squad. (5 spots)
Candidates signed up plus what is returning really propels this squads ability !! Watch out

12u SMS 🥎🩶 - gray squad. (4 spots)
Very similar to the 14’s, great candidates plus returning will create an intense mix

Kicks off this FALL!! Has a wonder group of 7 and for now a couple from 10u will assist

With already nearly 100 athletes signed up, these teams will come together in tremendous manner.
