The Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) is comprehensive, coordinated care that helps seniors stay healthy and independent at home, while getting the care they need and deserve. Located inside the Jordan Valley Community Health Center: Grand clinic, Jordan Valley Senior Care (JVSC) is a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). JVSC helps participants receive the health care by solving challenges for eligible seniors like transportation to and from medical appointments.Jordan Valley Senior Care (JVSC) is the first PACE program to open in southwest Missouri.
