🇺🇸 Labor Day Weekend | Branson Wings of Pride Air Show 2026

While thousands gathered to watch the incredible U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds, U.S. Army Golden Knights, USAF C-17 Globemaster III East Coast Demo Team, A-10 Thunderbolt II from Whiteman Air Force Base, and multiple other performers take to the skies at the Branson Wings of Pride Airshow, our flight crews had a front-row seat—and a mission that never takes a holiday.

We at Cox Air Care were honored to have our flight crews on standby, ready to respond if an emergency arises while this spectacular event celebrates aviation, service, and the American spirit! 🇺🇸✈️

That’s because our friends from across Missouri have come to Branson for the Missouri Emergency Medical Services Association (MEMSA) Conference!

Each year, the MEMSA Conference brings paramedics together for world-class training opportunities, continuing education, and presentations from EMS leaders and experts. It’s an opportunity for paramedics, EMTs, educators, administrators, and other EMS professionals to learn, share ideas, see the latest innovations, and bring new knowledge back to the communities they serve.

👀 And, of course, there’s some pretty cool equipment here, too! Here’s a sneak peek at some of the unique EMS apparatus visiting Branson this week.
