Victory Mission
We reach people leaving poverty and equip them with the tools to gain independence and rebuild their lives - because no life is beyond repair.
Victory Mission teaches people leaving homelessness and incarceration to be independent and gives them tools to rebuild their lives.
In case you missed it... we launched Mission Junk Removal earlier this summer! 🎉
Mission Junk Removal gives men in our programs the opportunity to gain valuable job experience while working toward lasting stability.
And if you've seen our videos, you already know, we don't take ourselves too seriously. Expect plenty of laughs, a little chaos, and the occasional glimpse of what happens when you put Jason and the guys together. If you haven't already, go follow Mission Junk Removal!

We believe in a work-first approach.
Because a job isn’t just part of the process, it's the turning point.
Through Mission Junk Removal and Equip Coffee, men and women in our program are stepping into real work, real responsibility, and real growth.
This is where lives begin to change. Where parents learn to be dependable. Where friends learn how to show up for each other. Where restoration happens.

There's nothing quite like running into men who once stayed at our shelter and seeing them now thriving in our community.
Today, they're giving back, building stable lives, and accomplishing things they never imagined were possible when they first walked through our doors.
This is what restoration looks like.

This past weekend, some of the men in our Restoration Program had the opportunity to serve at Light the Way.
We're so grateful for everything Light the Way does to reach hearts across Springfield and share the hope of the Gospel through music.
A huge shoutout to these guys, who worked hard and worshipped even harder, with smiles on their faces all weekend. Watching them serve with joy is a beautiful reminder of what restoration looks like.

When someone walks through our doors, they rarely come alone.
There are kids waiting for mom to come home. Parents praying the phone will ring. Friends hoping this time will be different.
We've shared Siena's story a lot because it's beautiful. Her kids tell her she laughs all the time now. Her daughter has started asking questions about baptism. Those are the kinds of changes you can't measure.
And Siena isn't the exception.
We've watched moms and dads become present again. We've seen parents show up to school events they would've missed before. We've watched families sit around the same dinner table after years apart.
Every gift to Victory Mission reaches farther than the person receiving it. It finds its way into living rooms, school pickups, birthday parties, and dinner tables all across our community.

When one life is restored, the impact reaches far beyond one person. It transforms an entire family. Siena has seen that firsthand.
Today, her home is filled with joy, laughter, and hope. Her children tell her she never stops laughing, and her daughter has started asking about baptism. This is what restoration looks like.

If you've been around this summer, you've probably heard Siena's story. Her story isn't just one of personal restoration, but a family restored. When someone's life is changed at Victory Mission, that impact reaches their families, friends, and communities.

Siena found true joy at Victory Mission when she recognized the sin that had been holding her back and learned to depend fully on the Lord. As God transformed her life, He restored her hope, her purpose, and her identity.
Today, she's a joy-filled mother to her two children and is giving back to the community that once helped her.
Everything changed because of what she discovered about God's love for her during her time at Victory Mission.
Your generosity makes stories like Siena's possible. Together, we can help more parents find hope, healing, and lasting restoration. Not just for themselves, but for their families.

There are always reasons to rejoice in God's goodness at our shelter.
This week, we're celebrating Neal and Ronald as they take an exciting next step and move into their own apartments.
Moments like these are a reminder that restoration is possible when people are surrounded by hope, support, and the love of Christ.
