Team Lunch took us to Arris' Pizza Springfield, MO today, and honestly, this one is a Springfield classic for a reason.
Arris has been serving up delicious thin crust greek style pizza for over 60 years, made with fresh ingredients and plenty of local love. The service was fast and the lunch special is hard to beat: a 10” single-topping pizza and salad for only $11.
In this economy?? Let's go!!
Also worth noting, this is Cole’s favorite pizza of all time, and according to him, it makes the best leftover pizza of any pizza he’s ever tried. Strong statement. He stands by it.

Jokes aside, conversations like these matter more than most people realize.

This was one of our weekly training sessions where Blake was walking Makenzie and Tausha through real scenarios he's encountered over the years during the inspection process and the lessons that came from them. A few of us stopped by Table Rock Coffee Roasters & Lounge - Springfield, MO , a newer local coffee spot here in Springfield to see what the Local Buzz was all about.
The coffee was really good, the breakfast burrito was phenomenal, and at one point Blake tried to eat soaking salts and kind of licked my hand… so yeah, pretty standard coffee shop experience.
Now we’re all heavily caffeinated and turned loose on the world.
