Today’s Team Lunch took us to Thai Garden in Springfield, a newer Thai spot on South Campbell where Tong’s used to be, and it was great!
The food was really, really good, the service was great, and Blake was very excited to have another excellent Thai food option in town. Also, true to the name, the whole place smelled like fresh flowers, which honestly made the whole lunch feel a little more peaceful than our team probably deserved.
We’ll definitely be going back.
We also had a very important office visitor today. Tausha brought her new puppy, Dozer, by the office, and he was the best boy ever.
So now we need to know: are you a dog person or a cat person? Blake made his feelings on the matter very clear.

Great hearts. Incredible patience. Top-notch sense of humor. This is our 3rd closing with them and we would absolutely work with them again.
They made the whole process more fun and reminded us why we love doing what we do.
Our only complaint is that they introduced Blake to Ghost Energy drinks and now our office has to deal with a whole new level of Blake energy. 🤪

When Maria says, “I’m taking you to try Honduran food,” you say yes and get in the car.
Today’s Team Lunch took us to El Rinconcito De Honduras on Kearney, and the ride over was exactly what you’d expect: Honduran music blaring, general chaos, and all of us slowly starting to understand Maria’s whole vibe a little better.
We tried some seriously incredible food and got a history lesson on baleadas involving a shootout and bullet hole filled tortillas.
Also, unrelated but very important - Blake is now officially accepting all challengers at putt putt golf. Somebody needs to call him out and shut him down.
If you haven’t tried El Rinconcito de Honduras yet, add it to your Springfield lunch list. The food was really REALLY good.
Now we need to know - who’s brave enough to challenge Blake on the mini golf course?
