FESTIVAL ON THE EDGE....A downtown Springfield festival for friends and family! Located on Jefferson Street between Olive and Park Central East in the shadow of the Sky Eleven building. Festival includes a KidsZone, face-painting, balloon art, beer garden, games for adults, and rappel viewing area.
