One of the things I’m not going to miss about life as a professional fisherman: the long drives and the surprises that come with them. 😂
I’ve changed two boat trailer tires today, and now I’m 179 miles from home with no spare. So far, the fine folks in these little East Texas towns haven’t been able to come up with one that fits.
After all these years of traveling the country chasing bass, I guess the road wanted to give me one more reminder of the glamorous side of professional fishing. 😂

Say a little prayer that the remaining tires and I all make it home safely. 🙏
I’m ready to retire from fishing… and apparently from the tire-changing business too. 😂

Final Blast Off of my Professional Career! Forever greatful for the last 36 years of competitive bass fishing. So blessed to have never worked a real job. This sport has allowed me to meet so many amazing people. Thankful for all the support on social media over the years. I plan to continue to post even into retirement, lots more tips and tricks stored in my head that can maybe help you guys out.
Finished up My Last Practice of My Career! It’s a weird felling. Day 1 starts tomorrow, excited to reel em in!
