⚖️ DECISION WATCH: The U.S. Supreme Court is expected to rule this month on the future of Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for Haiti and Syria.

Following oral arguments in April for "Mullin v. Doe," the fate of over 350,000 migrants rests in the hands of the Justices. The case centers on whether the administration properly followed legal procedures when it moved to terminate these humanitarian protections.

While the Court appeared divided during arguments, a lower court stay remains in place for now—keeping work permits and legal status active for those currently enrolled. We are monitoring the docket closely for a final ruling that could redefine TPS authority for years to come.
