To the Big E admin thank you for believing in our menu items.
To the Boricua Bites LLC staff wow is the only word that comes to mind. Angel Morales and Jose Martinez not one day missed and since September 8th we been living at the bigE setting up, working thru electrical issues, equipment failure and we made it work
Someway somehow we were able to get the food out quicker and better with less staff this year then any other year, that was due to your leadership 🙏

This is our why? We take pride in what we serve and try our best to bring the best everyday for our customers. We live here and once the fair is over we still have to go back to serving at our restaurant and want to always assure new customers or our faithful ones that we will always work to give them fresh flavorful food.
Thank you for those kind words 🙏
