We’ve been on a journey together ever since our first shoot with their new pup years and years ago and it only felt right to finally give Jess the surprise she deserved. I’m an emotional person and do tear up often at shoots and during speeches but man emotions for me in these moments were at their peak. Proud. Honored. Grateful. And most of all the overwhelming feeling of being present. I sat back a lot, saw her hold it together (because she isn’t a crier like me), and felt the shock right alongside them both. I will now be attached to these forever and I love that so very much. Thanks for trusting me with this one friends xoxo

it’s like it’s a love story or something 📖

golden hour, a wide open field with a view & the people who make life beautiful

everything that creates the perfect storm for creating…
minus my fear of snakes 🫠

There’s something to be said when you spend time with a couple who get lost in each other…. But then there’s sessions where we all get lost together & my head is spinning with ideas & a few hours go by & I end up feeling like the worthy one. Worthy of their love story & worthy of honoring it with every image.

Rain showers rushed in but we saw the window of opportunity & fully crushed it (even while the showers returned).

Here is just a sample because 20 slides does not even come close to telling the full story.
