Bible study tonight with prayer meeting starting at 5:30 pm. Come and join us in the fellowship hall next door to the church.

Father, today I plead the blood of Jesus over my adult child. I acknowledge that I cannot control their decisions, relationships, finances, career, home, or future, but I can pray. Cover them in places where my parenting hands can no longer reach. Give them wisdom beyond their experience. Protect them from costly decisions, dishonest people, financial traps, unhealthy attachments, workplace trouble, deception, and unnecessary hardship. Help me know when to speak, when to remain quiet, when to help, and when to allow them to work through something with You. Above everything else, draw my child into a personal relationship with You that does not depend upon my faith. Let them know You for themselves. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
