We recently received a box full of beautiful Gillioz Theatre postcards from Greg Gaszak, owner of a business specializing in Route 66 memorabilia. Naturally we had to give him a call and hear the story behind the postcards!

Greg told us he had discovered an amazing watercolor artist named Carolyn Palmer. After seeing her work of the Gillioz Theatre, he knew it would make the perfect postcard and suggested they create one.

When we asked Greg why he wanted a postcard of the Gillioz, his answer was simple: “The Gillioz is a landmark, it’s awesome.” We couldn’t agree more!

Thank you, Greg, for helping us and for helping preserve and share the story of a true Route 66 landmark.
