The Midwest Meltdown is a 3 person Same Sex team competition hosted by CrossFit Provision. Register Below! https://myfitevent.com/MWMD2026 Etc. Etc.)

The comp will start at 4 PM on Friday, February 6th, 2026 and finish in the afternoon of Saturday, February 7th!! Scaled/Masters(35+) Scaled Divisions: Lighter weights and scaled gymnastics/bodyweight movements (Ring Rows and/or jumping pull-ups instead of Pull-ups. Hand-Release Push-ups and/or Seated DB Press instead of Handstand Push-ups. Single Unders and/or Plate Hops instead of Double Unders.
