WALPOLE, N.H. -- Fall Mountain finished third in today's four team match at Hooper Golf Course.

Bishop Brady won the tiebreaker over Monadnock for first place, Fall Mountain was next, and Milford followed.

Carson Bruzgis and Will Lent shot 43 apiece to lead FM, and Seamus Cahill and Perry Lent rounded out the scoring with 45's. James Cheeney (46), Owen Nachajski (48), and Miles Smith (54) also competed for the Wildcats.

Fall Mountain (10-8) is back in action tomorrow at 4p.m. at Pheasant Ridge Country Club in Gilford.

Leland & Gray hung around for the majority of tonight's game before a couple of goals by Addie Snide over the final 16 minutes helped Springfield put the Rebels away for a 3-0 victory.

Springfield (7-0) will look to remain perfect when they head to Brattleboro on Saturday at 11 a.m.

"We were deadlocked with Long Trail but dominated the field play and possession and following the first goal, the girls really found their hearts and came together creating difficulties for Long Trail on every possession," Bellows Falls Head Coach Jason West said.

In addition to the offensive production from Gracie Patterson and Abby Nystrom, West also highlighted the defensive efforts of Theresa Marquise, Loralei Hill, Calla Metcalf, and Sam Comtois, the passing of Emily Smith and Lexi Green, and another strong performance in goal by Grace Hayes.

CHESTER, Vt. -- For the second time in three days, Leland & Gray and Green Mountain met on the pitch in Windsor County.

Leland & Gray cruised to a 3-0 victory over Green Mountain on Saturday in the championship game of the Josh Cole Tournament, but the Grizzlies pushed the Rebels to the wire on Monday afternoon.

With the game knotted up in overtime, Spencer Claussen found the back of the net to secure a 3-2 victory for Leland & Gray.

JJ Davenport and Colin Rose scored for Green Mountain, and Bentley Bonneville assisted on both goals.

Green Mountain (2-5) is back in action on Wednesday at Mill River.

HILLSBORO, N.H. -- Fall Mountain took home the top spot at today's four team match at Angus Lea Golf Course in Hillsboro.

Perry Lent and Seamus Cahill led the way for Fall Mountain, finishing 2nd and 3rd, respectively, and Will Lent and Owen Nachajski rounded out the scoring.

Fall Mountain also received strong performances from Carson Bruzgis, Ethan Houghton, and James Cheeney to hold off Trinity, Hillsboro-Deering, and Milford.

Fall Mountain (9-6) returns home to Hooper Golf Course for its next match on Thursday at 3:30 p.m.

LANGDON, N.H. -- Fall Mountain put together another dominant performance during last night's 48-12 victory against Prospect Mountain.

The Wildcats entered the half with a 24-12 edge before running away with the game after the break.

Alton Young and Paul Young scored 3 touchdowns each to pace FM.

Fall Mountain (2-0) has now outscored its opponents by a combined score of 88-12 over their first two games of the season.

The Wildcats will look to remain perfect when they head to Mascoma (1-1) for their next contest on Saturday, September 26 at 2 p.m.
