🏆 Who’s Your Y Superstar?
Great people are at the heart of the YMCA of Greater Springfield, and now it’s time to recognize them!

Members, families, community members and Y staff are all invited to vote for the employees who make a difference every day. Whether they’ve welcomed you with a smile, gone above and beyond to help, shown great leadership or simply made your experience at the Y better, we want to hear from you.

Outside: Snow boots. Icy sidewalks. Regretting every life choice.

Inside the Y: Strong legs. Solid footing. No black ice.

Skip the slush. Choose the squats.

On Monday, February 23, the Downtown Branch, Scantic Valley Branch, Downtown & Wilbraham Learning Centers, and all Before & After School Programs are closed due to the storm.

Stay safe, stay warm, and we’ll be back together soon! Mother Nature is keeping us home for a little while! ❄️

Packed house. Laughs for days!

February 13 at the Basketball Hall of Fame was a vibe. Our 2026 Comedy FUNdraiser for the Downtown Springfield Y brought the jokes — and you brought the energy.

You also helped power programs for kids, teens, and families right here in our community. Laughing for a cause? We’ll take it.
