We’re Hiring – Dental Assistant (Temporary / Possible Permanent)

Focus Dental Studio in Springfield, MO is looking for a dental assistant to join our team.

One of our team members is currently on a temporary, unpaid leave due to a family situation. We fully support her, but we are also looking for someone who can step in and help us take care of our patients during this time. This position may become permanent depending on how things evolve.

To be honest, our days can be up and down. Some days are busy, some are challenging—but at the end of the day, we go home smiling and knowing we did our best for our patients and for each other.

That’s the kind of team we are.

We’re not looking for perfection. We’re looking for someone who is:
• Flexible and willing to adapt
• A team player who supports others
• Positive and grounded, even on busy days
• Open to learning and growing
• Has dental assisting experience (preferred)
