What is Skills Institute?
In the Skills Institute program, our goal is to educate, develop, and inspire all while having fun. Our program is specially designed for kids ages 5-12 years old who love the game and want to improve their skills. Rooted in child development theory, our classes are not just about soccer—they’re about helping children grow and succeed both on and off the field.

Our Cottontails class is designed to assist those preschoolers between the ages of 2.5 and 3.5 years, who aren't quite ready to be on the field alone, in gaining some independence. Though toddler behavior can be puzzling, these little ones are just trying to put the pieces together to grow into the person they are meant to be. We embrace the complexities of this time of life and help them transition into being more interactive, confident, self-reliant, and relational.

Our Jackrabbits class is designed for children between the ages of 3 and 4 who have had previous class experience or are naturally more competitive. With a curriculum chock full of imaginative games and adventures, these players are going to have a blast and won’t even realize just how much they’re learning. Coaches will guide them towards great soccer skills (specifically passing, trapping, shooting, attacking, and defending) and introduce them to scrimmaging.
