Well just made it back from the Coast Went down Friday, and got back at 11:00 this morning.
Now it’s time to Clock back in and get to work!

Arrived at 6 am and about ready for a new system.

Looking Into Hiring: Remote Part-Time Commercial Facilities Coordinator / Business Development

Man-Of-All-Work LLC

Location: Remote (Applicants must live Near Springtown, TX or the surrounding areas.)
Position: Part-Time (10–25 hours per week)
Pay: $20–$35 per hour, depending on experience, plus $100–$250 performance bonus for every new commercial account after its first completed job.

This is NOT an entry-level position.

We’re looking for someone who already has experience in the commercial facilities maintenance industry and can step into the role with little to no training. Although this is a remote position, applicants must live in or near Springtown, Texas, to attend occasional meetings, assist with company operations when needed, and support future growth.

Required Experience

Applicants must already have hands-on experience with two or more of the following:

* ServiceChannel
* Corrigo
* FMX
* FacilitySource
* Other commercial CMMS/work order management platforms.

Responsibilities

* Manage commercial work orders from dispatch through completion.
* Schedule technicians and coordinate service calls.
* Communicate with property managers, facility managers, vendors, and customers.
* Upload photos, proposals, invoices, and close-out documentation.
* Monitor and follow up on open work orders.
* Cold call apartment communities, retail chains, gyms, and commercial property managers to generate new business.
* Prepare estimates and follow up on commercial opportunities.
* Answer company calls, texts, and emails during your scheduled shift.

Requirements

* Minimum 2 years of experience using commercial facilities maintenance platforms.
* Strong computer skills and professional communication.
* Ability to work independently from a home office.
* Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace.
* Phone must remain available during scheduled work hours.
* Before clocking out, you must complete a shift handoff by forwarding all company calls back to the owner and providing updates on any open work orders, customer messages, estimates, or follow-ups requiring attention.
