Horse friendly with pipe fencing, no climb horse wire, small tack/storage building, and oversized loafing shed. Room for 2/3 horses. Plenty of room for trailer parking. Dog/cat friendly (with pet deposit). Washer/dryer, oven, stove and refrigerator provided. Microwave not provided. Access to more storage available for additional fee. Located on 40 acre ranch with ride up access to covered riding arena and large outdoor arena (Rocky Bend Arena). Available August 15, 2025. $2,250/ month. Tenant responsible for yard maintenance, water (Walnut Creek), electric and trash. Landlord provides high speed internet and washer/dryer. Prospective tenants subject to credit check and must have references. 1st and last month rent deposit.
