One thing that sets MOSS Rehabilitation Center apart?
Hands-on care. ✨
We don't just hand you a list of exercises; we take the time to figure out what's really causing your pain.
Because pain isn't one-size-fits-all, and your treatment shouldn't be either. A thorough evaluation is the first step we take toward understanding what's causing your pain and building a personalized plan to address it.
If pain has been holding you back, give us a call to schedule your evaluation. 📞 817-220-6677

More often than not, spending too much time doing the same thing without giving your body a chance to change position contributes to low back pain.
Your back isn't asking you to stop living your life. It's asking you to keep moving.
One easy habit to start today:
🌱 Set a reminder to stand up, stretch, or walk several times a day, especially if your day-to-day activities require sitting in place for long periods of time.
If you'd like to better understand what's behind low back pain (and when it's time to seek help), check out our blog under the Resources tab on our website! 👇

After our last cane video, several people asked how to adjust the height of a cane properly.
So instead of just replying in the comments, we thought we’d show you!

There's no shortage of back pain advice online.
Stretch this.
Crack that.
Try this one weird trick.
At MOSS, we believe good care starts by figuring out why you're hurting in the first place. Then we combine hands-on treatment with a plan that's built around you. 💙
Throughout August, we'll be diving into all things low back pain, so be sure to stick around and let us know any questions you'd like us to answer this month! 👇
Sometimes the strongest thing you can do is use the tool that’s designed to help you. ✨
Many people think that using a cane means you’ve “given up.” In reality, a cane used the right way can help you walk with better balance, reduce strain on your hips and back, lower your risk of falling, and help you stay active doing the things you love.
A cane isn’t a sign of weakness. ❌
It’s a tool for confidence. ✅
And if you’re wondering whether you’re using your cane correctly, scroll back and check out our previous video where Dr. Moss demonstrates the proper way to use one. A few small adjustments can make a big difference!
We conducted a completely unbiased patient survey to determine the best PT Tech at MOSS…
And after months of extensive research (5 minutes), the results are in! 🤔😂
Congratulations, Meagan! 🏆
Using your cane correctly can help you walk more naturally and confidently. Let’s make sure it's helping you and not making walking harder.
Small details make a big difference.

Great therapists don't just help patients grow. They help the people around them grow, too.
We're excited to announce that Dr. Hughes has been promoted to Director of Therapy at MOSS Rehabilitation. ✨
If you've worked with Rod, you've probably experienced his calm approach, his willingness to teach, and the care he brings to every patient interaction. Those same qualities make him a natural leader for our therapy team.
Congratulations, Dr. Hughes! We're excited for this next chapter and grateful to have you helping lead our team with the same dedication and heart you bring to your patients every day. 💙
One of the things we hear most often is:
“I thought it was just part of getting older.”
While our bodies naturally change over time, feeling unsteady isn’t something you should simply accept without asking why.

Sometimes the answer is strength. Sometimes it’s your inner ear. Sometimes it’s something completely different.
Every person has a different story, and that’s why an accurate evaluation is the first step toward finding the right solution.
If you’ve noticed your balance doesn’t feel quite the way it used to, we’d love to help you understand what’s going on. Sometimes the first step is simply having a conversation.
