Lands End Home Services

Looking to transform your basement into a large finished space or multiple rooms? LEHS is here to help!

We transform homes to our clients specifications and take strong pride in our craftsmanship.

We installed a full bathroom attached to this large family room complete with a Mr.cool diy heat pump!

All of our work is permitted and inspected by a city official. If you are looking to transform an area of your home, we’d be happy to help.

We worked in conjunction with Derek Verville at Deering Ridge Landscaping to bring this client in old Orchard Beach an outdoor oasis. Derek laid this beautiful patio for us to build a new set of steps on. We used premium Trex decking materials and peak aluminum railings.

A Shed With a View 🌲

This was a fun project from start to finish. We built this custom shed tucked into a beautiful spot overlooking the pond. completed with board-and-batten siding, a metal roof, full electrical, and a covered porch.

The steep hillside made getting everything into place a challenge, but the finished product was well worth the extra work. A custom build that fits the property perfectly and gives the homeowners a great little space to enjoy.

✨ From “Whoa” to “WOW!” ✨

This entryway got a complete transformation! We replaced the old brick-look flooring with a sleek, modern tile that completely brightened the space and gave it a fresh new feel.

The result?
✔️ Clean, contemporary look
✔️ Brighter and more open appearance
✔️ Durable and easy to keep clean
✔️ A floor that’s built to handle everyday life

It’s amazing what the right flooring can do for a home. Small changes can make a huge impact!

Thinking about updating your floors? We’d love to help bring your vision to life.

“We treat your home like it’s our own.”

Our clients graciously invited us to work and stay at their camp for the week. We gave this camp a major facelift while enjoying the ☀️ and views! Swimming immediately after finishing work was a must. This face lift included two beautiful Anderson patio doors with integrated blinds, white cedar shingles for a long lasting beautiful finish and classic Maine camp look! We finished it off with a cedar fascia and soffit, with lights to enhance its appearance.
