We had a fantastic time stepping back into 1775 during our Revolutionary War Militia: Rest Your Flintlocks! event hosted at the historic Sweat-Morin Homestead. Attendees experienced the rigorous realities of Continental Army camp life firsthand by practicing musket drills, sawing firewood, and exploring soldiers' daily provisions. Here are some photo highlights of the day.
If you attended and have additional photos to share, we would love for you to submit them at SanfordHistory.org/submissions.

Our beautiful Goodwin House is getting a much needed face-lift! New porch stairs, window repairs, and bulkhead doors will give our Victorian lady new life. The painting has begun and we can't wait for our lady to shine!
