Gluten free transparency post.

We have been very proud over the years to be able to offer all of our pizzas with our gluten free dough be able to offer all of our pizzas with our gluten free dough made in house. Don't worry. This shall continue. However, the costs, effort, and time spent is greater than what it takes to create our pizzas with our regular dough.

Over the last few weeks, the word has seemingly gotten out about the quality of our gluten free pizzas in a viral type of way, and we've been flooded with love and many, many orders. Thank you! Because of the recent increased volume of GF orders we have come to the realization that we need to add a modest $3 upcharge in order to not lose money.
It is really important to us to be able to offer guests the same level of experience whether no matter type of pizza crust you prefer or require. We just can't do it for free anymore. We truly hope you understand. 🙏
