High-tech data centers have the potential to bring big economic investments to Missouri, but local families must come first. I support a moratorium on new data centers in St. Louis County until strong rules are in place to protect our neighborhoods and utility customers.

I'm fighting for smart, pro-growth policies that drive innovation without hiking taxpayers' energy bills and costing them in other ways. I voted for protections requiring large power users to pay their share, and I’m fighting to make sure the cost of new power generation needed for data centers is put on the data centers - not your electric bill.

Until we have strong local rules in place, I support hitting pause. I will always put families before Big Tech.

Missouri motorists shouldn’t have to waste time and money on outdated emissions testing that no longer serves a purpose.

Over 98% of vehicles pass on the first try, yet St. Louis County drivers are still stuck carrying the burden.

Ameren was going to keep raising rates with or without anybody in Jefferson City, so I voted for the law that lowered the rate cap on how fast they can grow. They can ask for a 10% increase, but the law decides what they get.

I'm asking for your vote on or before November 3rd to continue working for you!

One homeowner in Crestwood recently sent me this: "My property taxes have increased 25 to 40% after every reassessment. My property taxes are by far my highest expense, far outweighing utilities, insurance, living expenses and home maintenance combined."

74% of the neighbors I surveyed say their taxes have gone up faster than they can afford. 96% say that when a computer raises your assessment, the assessor should have to prove the number is right, not you.

Same with your car. 87% want the personal property tax capped so it can't jump year to year on a vehicle that's a year older. For cars and trucks under $50,000, the assessment shouldn't be higher than it was last year.

These reforms passed both chambers. I've asked the Governor for a special session so they can become law.

Ameren wants ANOTHER 10%!

That’s the third increase in five years and $13 more a month on top of last summer’s 12% jump.

I get the exact same bill at my house. Erin and I have four kids, so I know what it costs to keep the AC running.

I officially filed my opposition with the Public Service Commission. I voted for SB 4 to put a hard cap on how fast they can jack up rates and to force mega-users (like data centers) to pay their own way, not leave you holding the bill.

Ever notice local property tax increases land on an April ballot or special election, when almost nobody votes?

That's not an accident.

91% of the homeowners I surveyed want tax-increase elections moved to November. 96% want every ballot measure to state what it really costs per $100,000 of home value. I'm asking Governor Kehoe to call a special session to do both. While also banning the "no tax increase" label when it isn't true, and stopping local governments from spending your tax dollars on mailers promoting their own tax hikes.

If they want more of your money, they can make their case to you in the open.

Your Home. Your Money. Your Say.
