STL Neons

This is exactly how I prefer to communicate.

For years I felt like I *should* jump on every phone call because that’s what great customer service looked like.

But I’ve realized I serve my clients better through email.

When I write, I can slow down. I can think through your project, compare options, double-check measurements, reference previous conversations, and give you a complete answer instead of one I hope I remember later.

With dozens of custom projects happening at once, written communication also creates a record we can both reference. Nothing gets lost, forgotten, or misremembered.

People aren’t hiring me to answer the phone. They’re hiring me to help them make the best decision for their space.

It’s not about avoiding conversations—it’s about giving every client the most thoughtful response possible.

Sometimes the best customer service isn’t the fastest response. It’s the best one.

Most people choose a neon sign based on the color, size, or font.

But one of the biggest design decisions happens before any of that...

👉 The neon profile.

Just like choosing the right paint finish or lighting fixture, the tubing profile changes the overall look and feel of a space.

6–8mm Standard Neon
✓ Crisp, defined glow
✓ Perfect for intricate logos and fine lettering
✓ Ideal for smaller signs and detailed designs

12mm Signature Neon
✓ Softer, more diffused glow
✓ Creates a premium architectural feel
✓ Perfect for hospitality, feature walls, and statement installations

For the Westport360 “Neon Nights” installation, Exclusive Events Inc / Event Design and Decor - Luxury Rentals chose our 12mm Signature Neon because the goal wasn’t simply to make the sign brighter—it was to create a softer, more inviting atmosphere that complemented the space.

The best neon isn’t always the biggest.

It’s the one that’s right for the project.

What kind of glow would you choose?
