LABOR DAY SPECIAL!

We wanted to do something special tomorrow so we thought we’d bring back our burger for one day only!

Featuring Two Quarter Pound In-house ground beef patties smashed on the flattop and served on a bun from Pete’s Italian Baking Co. with your choice of toppings and cheese. Served with fries!!

This will only be available tomorrow and we will have limited quantities. So bring your juicy double in the shop and get toasted with us for Labor Day! Open 11-3pm!

New dessert T-Rav!

Peach season is over 😢 but we aren’t ready to say goodbye to summer quite yet. So we’re running our OG dessert T-Rav until fall. The one that started it all!

LEMON-BERRY GOOEY BUTTERCAKE DESSERT T-RAV

Lemon infused pasta dough stuffed with our housemade Lemon-Berry Gooey Buttercake(pictured above), Dusted with powdered sugar and served with Lemon Mascarpone & Berry Coulis

This was the first dessert t-rav we made and it’s a fan favorite for a reason. So be sure to come snag one before the temps cool and we switch it up!

YOOOO!!! GREAT NEWS!!!

Through a massive stroke of luck, we were able to get our gas turned back on today! So we’ve been prepping all day and I’ll be continuing to prep through the night so that we can be OPEN tomorrow.

We want to thank everyone who reached out with alternate solutions and messages of support. We’ve been through a whirlwind of emotions but the community that showed up and offered support is exactly why we do this. Just another example of how STL is the absolute best city with the most amazing people and I’ll fight anyone who says otherwise!!!

We will be OPEN tomorrow Friday Aug. 7 from 11-3! Thank you again for being there for us when we needed it. We love you all! Now LET’S GET TOASTED!!!

Hey Toasty Crew!

We have an unfortunate announcement. We will be closed until further notice. While I was running errands yesterday, Spire decided to cut our gas in order to change out the meters. However, the meters are located in our basement so I had to call them last night to get them to come out and let them in. During the meter swap, they identified that our gas lines that feed our restaurant and apartment upstairs were feeding each other. So now we have to separate the gas lines in order for them to turn our gas back on. This is going to be a huge project and we just don’t know how long we will be out of operation. Working with the landlord now to get this resolved but missing out on days of revenue is really going to be tough for us. We’re sorry for the inconvenience and we hope you all will stick with us while we figure this out. Stay Toasted and send us some good vibes please! 😞

Yo! The A/C is fixed and we’re back up and running! Open today from 11-3pm! Come out and help us make up for the missed days. See you soon!
