Two soundbaths this weekend and my heart is so full

Thank you to everyone who came and allowed themselves to be present and open in the space. We ended with cold pressed juice from which felt like the perfect way to land and take care of the body after.

One person told me “thank you for creating a safe space” and that really stayed with me. It means everything to know this space is felt and received in that way.

This work matters so much to me. Holding space, sharing sound, and witnessing you all soften and reconnect is something I don’t take lightly.
