From day one, Scott Bayle has brought a steady, upbeat presence to our warehouse since joining Keefe Group in July 2023. He started as a Receiving Clerk and continues to excel in the role with reliability and teamwork that stand out.

We’re excited to shine a light on Julie Matamoros, who joined Keefe Group back in 2016 and will celebrate ten years with us in 2026. Julie started as an Auditor and has grown through roles like Selector, Scanner, Stocker, Sealer, and even Line Captain. She still smiles when she talks about a team outing to Michigan Adventure in 2025—a day that reminded her how much she enjoys the people she works with.

Julie says learning new roles hasn’t always been easy, but the feeling of mastering them has made every challenge worth it. Her advice for anyone hoping to grow here is simple: speak up about your goals and stay open to guidance from those who’ve been here awhile. We’re grateful for the positivity, dedication, and heart she brings to our team every day!
