We're proud to add another project to our lineup with the upcoming location in Chesterfield, MO.

Our team is ready to get to work, and we can't wait to show you how this space comes together from start to finish.

The monsters are officially arriving in Grimes, IA!

Turnover is just around the corner, and before long they'll be welcoming all the little monsters through the doors. It's exciting to see this project coming together and getting so close to the finish line.

We're proud to share that we were awarded the Heartland Veterinary Partners project in Collinsville, IL.

This project is already underway, and things are moving right along.

Meet Isabel (left) and Archie (right), our four-legged office managers. From greeting everyone who walks through the door to making their daily rounds for treats and quality control, they take their jobs very seriously. They may not be on the payroll, but they definitely earn their keep by keeping spirits high and making every workday a little better.

Thanks for being the best part of the office, Isabel and Archie! 🐶

Easy as 1, 2, 3... well, four if you count the basement!

Swipe through to see this multi-family project rise from the basement to the first, second, and third floors. The foundation is complete, framing is moving right along, and we're getting close to setting the roof.

This is the stage where the vision starts becoming a reality, and we can't wait to share the next phase of progress as this project continues to take shape.

Last week, we had the pleasure of attending the annual QuikTrip Tournament—an event we look forward to every year and are incredibly proud to be a part of.

We're grateful for our partnership with QuikTrip and the opportunity to spend the day with so many great people. This year's tournament was no exception, filled with great conversations, friendly competition, and plenty of fun.

Thank you to QuikTrip for another outstanding event. We already can't wait for next year!
