Ground officially broken on VERVE Lexington! Last week, our team and project partners came together in Lexington to celebrate the start of construction on VERVE Lexington, the first of two Subtext developments underway near the University of Kentucky. Located directly across from campus, the community will bring 784 beds and more than 34,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities to Lexington.

VERVE Lexington is expected to welcome residents in Summer 2028. From a neighborhood coffee shop to a second floor terrace with a pool and clubroom, dedicated study spaces, and fitness and wellness amenities, the community is being built around the full student experience.

Say hello to EVER Knoxville, our newest take on student living in Big Orange Country!

Located across the street from the University of Tennessee, the 14 story, 498 bed community marks Subtext’s third development in Tennessee and the first EVER community in the state. Residents have access to a resort style pool courtyard with hot tubs, a sky lounge and terrace, a club room with a TV lounge and game room, fitness center, wellness suite, sauna, study lounges, and more. It’s a mix of spaces designed to give residents more ways to live well, connect, and make the most of where they call home.
