A former executive was extradited from Israel this week to face charges in St. Louis. Michael Fein, now 47, was indicted nearly 6 years ago and accused of a $28,000,000 fraud scheme involving apartment complexes in Missouri and Oklahoma.
The indictment accuses Fein of routinely providing false information on loan applications to obtain financing and refinance loans on projects for the company he co-owned, T.E.H. Management and its affiliates.

A previously convicted felon from St. Louis County has pleaded guilty to robbing a bank. After his arrest, Matthew Parker of Hanley Hills said he robbed the bank in 2025 because he owed someone money. Investigated by the Creve Coeur Police Department and St. Louis. Back to prison for a St. Louis s*x offender caught again with child s*xual abuse material (CSAM). Today, Sandor Spies, 39, was sentenced to 140 months in federal prison.
In addition to posessing pictures and videos containing CSAM, his plea agreement says his electronic devices also contained chat messages in which Spies and others shared fantasies of violently ra**ng minors. https://ow.ly/bzY150Zesqu

Life + 15 years in federal prison for shooting 4 teens, killing 2 of them. One of injured victims had to have an emergency C-section but the infant died a month later. At sentencing, the judge said Eddie Marcus Love went on a "killing spree" and even told his nephew that he was in a “killing mood."
At the time of the shootings, the 39-year-old St. Louis County man had been released on parole for less than a month. He had been previously sentenced to 20 years in state prison for robbery and armed criminal action.

Every year, St. Louis and field offices across the country hold a memorial service to honor our fallen. To date, a total of 107 FBI special agents and professional staff were killed in the line of duty or in the performance of duty.
The Bureau-wide total includes Special Agent Douglas Abram, a Missouri native, who was shot and killed on January 19, 1990. Agent Abram and his SWAT team members were securing a St. Louis County house before a search warrant for drugs and weapons could be executed.

Today, FBI Co-Deputy Director Andrew Bailey announced the results of Operation Viper — a coordinated effort between federal, state, and local law enforcement made possible by a historic increase in FBI resources for St. Louis, secured last year with support from Senator Eric Schmitt
Operation Viper resulted in:
• 91 arrests to include 45 state fugitives
• More than $310,000 in cash seized
• And significant quantities of illegal narcotics seized
