Midwest Rewind

Buzzcocks made their way through St. Louis with a concert at Delmar Hall on Sunday night and we were there to capture it in all its greatness.

Buzzcocks Still Got It 50 Years Later - Midwest Rewind Buzzcocks influenced multitudes of American punk, hardcore, and indie rock acts. You owe it to yourself to see them in concert. We're glad we did.

What a fabulous night of punk rock in many forms at Delmar Hall Friday.

Big Special and Big Girl laid the foundation for Lambrini Girls to take the night to an all out crowdsurfing, moshing fest.

The St. Louis Symphony Orchestra performed the magical Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets as the final warm up before the 2026-27 season began. Check out our review over at midwestrewind com or clink the link in our profile. (Sorry, but Meta One is still being restrictive for businesses, so I can't post direct links here.)

The Fabulous Fox is hosting the fabulously funny Clue on Tour. Was it Colonel Mustard in the lobby with an iron pipe? Or Miss Peacock in the study with a candlestick? Check out our review and go check it out: over at midwestrewind dot com (Thanks Meta One for limiting our links)

We're still reliving Judah & the Lion's Tuesday night concert in St. Louis at The Pageant.

Kyle Kelly and Carrierstheband were perfect openers.

We'll put a link to more photos in the first comment.

Drew Baldridge headlined the BIG Baldridge & Bonfire in Patoka, IL. Check out Tim Fields' images and review over at www midwestRewind . com (Sorry, Meta still has a restriction on the amount of links content creators/media/artists can post in a month without extorting a HUGE fee. So, please head over to the page, or click the main page link in our bio, and the review is right there. Thank you!!!!) https://www. midwestrewind. com/2026/09/23/drew-baldridge-brings-it-home-at-the-big-baldridge-bonfire/

The Toadies know how to put on a show. And they brought great support with Local H and newcomers Olive Vox through St. Louis on their The Charmer tour at The Pageant Monday night.

Link to our write up and a ton more photos in the first comment.

I really want to share the new review and photos of the Pitbull show but Facebook and Meta has introduced a new content - limiting plan to make money off of content creators. I cannot afford this. I don't make money off of this content and won't be subscribing to their absurd plan. Here is what they are trying to extort from us:
Meta One plan
Posts or comments with links per month
Free (no subscription) 2 posts per month
Essential plan (USD $14.99/mo) 2 posts per month
Advanced plan (USD $49.99/mo) 8 posts
Expert plan (USD $149.99/mo) 20 posts
Max plan (USD $499.99/mo) Unlimited posts

Screw that! I don't have the budget to just shell out $150/per month since we average about 20 posts with links per month.
So, in the meantime please do me a favor and just head over to www midwestrewind dot com and hit subscribe to get all of the latest posts. I will still post the announcement of a show review here, but can't post a direct link. (Screw you, Meta!)

I am sorry for the inconvenience and hope that you still follow and support the smaller content creators like us.

The party was at Hollywood Casino Amphitheater on Friday with Pitbull and Lil Jon. Check out our review and photos from Carrie Ogle: www midwestrewind dot com or clink the link on my main page until we can find a workaround.

St. Louis' own Smidley held a record release party at OFF BROADWAY MUSIC VENUE with The Mall and Shinra Knives opening and we were there to capture it in photos.

Take a look.
