Sometimes you help a buyer look at two homes and they go right under contract and others you're right 5,6,7 offers and lose out to other buyers who are desperate to find a home as well. I'm glad to have gotten one of my buyers under contract after showing just two homes. Hopefully this is the start of a winning streak for many other buyers I'm working with. The saying patience is a virtue, couldn't be more true.
