Took only two weeks, but under contract. Can't wait to get this one to the closing table for my sellers.
Sometimes you get to list a home and you think they will sell fast and they don't, you think they will take awhile to sell and they sell quick. Then there is pricing and hoping you priced it correctly. Well I am glad that this one not only sold fast, but at the price the seller and I agree upon. Happy closing yesterday to my sellers!!

Finally have a client on a home that I think in the long run will be a great deal. Only took two weeks of negotiations, but done and I look forward to the transformation they make with it
Helping buyers find homes can be challenging not just for the buyers but definitely for the real estate agent as well in this crazy market. Sometimes you help a buyer look at two homes and they go right under contract and others you're right 5,6,7 offers and lose out to other buyers who are desperate to find a home as well. I'm glad to have gotten one of my buyers under contract after showing just two homes. Hopefully this is the start of a winning streak for many other buyers I'm working with. The saying patience is a virtue, couldn't be more true.
