Yoga Buzz is a 501c(3) non-profit organization committed to sharing yoga as a tool for increasing well-being and resiliency. By supporting programs that are trauma-informed and accessible, we strive to meet the unique needs of diverse populations. We empower others to lead from within through community events and on-going education.

We had a blast meeting the pups today . Join us next month (announcement coming soon!). We will be indoors unless weather is nice enough to be in the private outdoor area! Tickets are $15 and include a coffee beverage + you will have a chance to win a ticket for a future class! ☕️🐶🐕🐩

Join us for our upcoming dog yoga class, where inclusive yoga meets puppy cuddles. This is a space to exhale, reconnect, and remind yourself that gentleness is not giving up. It is how we keep going.

YogaBuzz is a nonprofit rooted in accessibility, inclusion, and community care. Come as you are. Stretch, breathe, pet a dog, and be held by community for a little while ❤️
