Open 11-7 Every Day We opened in October 2000 and moved down the street and expanded in March 2021. We also have a free frequent buyer program. Seriously.

We focus on the independent book store best sellers, a diverse fiction collection, children's books, history, and anything else we think is really interesting. Our big categories are literature, music, film, pop culture, children’s, cultural studies, history… Our smaller (but no less important) include religion, crafts, science, nature, cookbooks, gardening, travel…

Folks are turning in their Missouri Indie Bookshop Tour passports and their bookstore visit numbers are impressive! It's been a really fun summer. Aug 31 is the last day, so don't forget to turn yours in at the last store you visit. www.subbooks.com

Mee the Rep! This is Sandra, a rep with Abraham & Assoc. She visits us from the Chicago area and sells the many, many small literary presses that Consortium distributes: Transit Books, Haymarket Books, Hagfish, Biblioasis and so many more; Chronicle Books, publisher of fun and/or beautiful tomes; as well as the 33 1/3 series annnnnd everything from Oxford UP. So, a lot. www.subbooks.com
