✨ 🩷 THANKFUL for BLACK WOMEN'S WELLNESS l Good Health WINS! 🩷✨
Sisters, let’s talk about it!
September is Self-Care Awareness Month, and it’s a timely reminder that making our health and wellness a priority is an important part of caring for ourselves. Black women are often some of the strongest advocates for our families, churches, schools, and communities—but are we advocating for ourselves with that same strength??
Being your own health advocate means knowing your numbers, keeping preventive-care appointments, asking questions, understanding your family history, and speaking up when something doesn’t feel right.
Join the Discussion: What is one step you have taken—or will take this month—to make your health a priority??
Take ACTION Today.
🩷 🗓️ Schedule an overdue checkup or health screening.
🩷 🧾Review your important health numbers.
🩷 📲Share this post with a sister who may need the reminder.
🩷 🗨️ Comment “I choose me!” and tell us which step you are taking.
Together, We S.O.W. to Save Black Women: Support. Overcome. Win.

🗳️ It’s National Voter Registration Day—STAY WOKE!
Throughout September, every TOP Lady of TLOD Inc-Cardinal Chapter has been charged with a meaningful mission: help at least ONE eligible first-time voter register or assist a registered voter with updating their voter registration after a move!
It starts with a conversation, a helping hand, and a commitment to service. Whether it’s a family member, friend, neighbor, or colleague, we each have an opportunity to help someone take that important next step toward being registered, informed, and ready voter!
Our mission is clear: increase voter turnout, strengthen civic engagement, and make our voices heard at the polls. We’re not just talking about participation—we’re putting service into ACTION!
TOP Ladies, who will YOU help? Let’s meet the challenge and make a BIG IMPACT—one voter at a time!
Spread the word—SHARE this Voter Guide and TAG a friend!
Small ACTION. BIG IMPACT!
