Banner Construction

Banner Construction was founded in 1993 determined to become the most reliable and dependable Exterior Restoration Contractor serving the Metropolitan St. We are a strong rock-solid fixture in the marketplace. Our relentless commitment to well managed projects featuring quality craftsmanship is the ultimate key to our success. We are locally owned and operated with our founders hands-on and fully engaged with daily operations. We believe choosing the right contractor is the single most important factor when planning a remodeling project. Working together with you, we will develop a meaningful long-term solution designed to; enhance the appearance of your home, increase its curb-appeal and value, cut your energy consumption and eliminate costly repetitive maintenance. We are dedicated to the successful outcome of every project with our customer’s full satisfaction, the only acceptable conclusion! Our department heads have in excess of 140 years of combined experience in our industry. We know the business well. And we know the tendencies of the marketplace. Most of our competitors look for ways to cut-corners and save money so they can win business by offering a low-cost job. Rarely does this benefit anybody but the contractor. This may explain why at Better Business Bureaus across the nation, home improvement companies rank high in consumer complaints. We bundle this talent with the highest quality building products from the most trusted names in the industry for your vinyl siding, windows, decks, roofs or door remodeling. This combination guarantees that our results will not only meet but exceed your greatest expectations! We use trusted name products from James Hardie, Beechworth Windows and others to provide you with the best material, value and curb-side appeal. James Hardie is the global leader in the research and development of fiber cement siding and Banner Construction is proud to be St. Louis' premier Elite James Hardie Remodeler. They represent 90 percent of the fiber cement siding market in the United States and they have worked on over 5.5 million homes. James Hardie developed and has been working on perfecting ColorPlus® Technology, a factory finish available in an assortment of beautiful colors. This technology offers superior fade resistance compared to paint applied in the field. The addition of the factory finish has made their product extremely popular alternative to vinyl and other siding materials. If our approach sounds appealing to you, please give us a call at 314-569-1050 or fill out our contact form at www.bannerconstruction.com/contact-banner-construction-st-louis and we will arrange a site-visit and initial consultation. If you are not ready for us to visit your home but have some questions, we are pleased to answer them for you. We look forward to the opportunity to work with you to help bring your vision to life!
