Please plan accordingly—cash will not be accepted at Maker Fest.

All ticket purchases, food and drink tokens, activities, raffles, grab bags, and maker purchases will require a credit or debit card or another payment method accepted by the individual vendor.

-Before You Arrive-

Registration
• Please enter through the west entrance of Makers Yard and visit the registration tables to check in. Just give your name, or the name of the person who bought your ticket. No printed ticket is required and re-entry is allowed throughout the evening.

Each guest will receive a Maker Fest tote bag containing:
• Two $5 food and drink tokens
• An event program with the event map and menu
• One-pager of our raffle and grab bag items

Maker Fest is an 18+ event, and all guests must bring a valid ID. Guests ages 18–20 will receive a stamp indicating that they cannot purchase or receive alcohol.

-Food and Drink-

• Each ticket includes two $5 tokens to use toward food and drinks. Additional tokens will be available for purchase in bundles.

• Tokens are valid at any participating food or drink station. Vegetarian and nonalcoholic options will also be available.

Please note:
• Tokens are valid for food and drinks only.
• Tokens cannot be used for raffles, grab bags, maker purchases, or paid experiences.
• Unused tokens are nonrefundable.
• Gratuity is not expected. In lieu of tipping, please consider making a donation to MADE Makerspace! (https://www.madestl.com/donate)

-Activities-

Activities are available from 6–9 PM while supplies last.

Enjoy these activities at no additional cost:
• Community canvas
• Glitter bar
• Photo booth
• Live creative demonstrations

Two special hands-on experiences will also be available:
• Screen-Print Your Own Maker Fest Shirt, $25: Choose green or purple. All sizes will be available in limited quantities, with only 40 shirts total, so visit the station early!
• Glass-Tile Making, $25: Create your own glass-tile artwork. Quantities are limited.

Visit the Raffles, Grab Bags & Info Table to purchase:
• Surprise grab bags: $25 each
• Raffle Tickets: 5 tickets for $25, 15 tickets for $75, 25 tickets for $125

Raffle winners will be announced at 8:30 PM. You do not need to be present to win.

Winners who are not onsite will be contacted by 9 PM, and pickup can be arranged during the following week. Guests who are onsite should take their prizes home that evening.

Some items are heavy! If needed, we can store your item at the Raffles, Grab Bags & Info Table until you are ready to leave.

-Shopping With Our Makers-

Our maker vendors will process their own sales and determine which payment methods they accept.

Food and drink tokens cannot be used for maker purchases.

-A Few Final Reminders-

• Maker Fest is an all-weather event with both indoor and outdoor seating. Please dress accordingly.
• Restrooms and seating areas are clearly marked on the event map above.
• Pets are not permitted.
• MADE Makerspace will be closed all day Friday, October 2, while our team prepares for Maker Fest.
• Maker Fest is being held at Makers Yard, 5232 Delmar Blvd., not at the MADE Makerspace facility.
