Not all fillers are created equally.

So what makes CPM (Cohesive Polydensified Matrix) technology different?

Research comparing different hyaluronic acid filler technologies found that CPM gels showed the most consistent tissue-plane adaptability across the layers tested— meaning their shape and spread changed depending on the tissue plane they were placed in.

The goal is for the filler to integrate with the surrounding tissue rather than simply sitting there as a rigid “block.”
