ITS Announces new AI Technology

This week, ITS released it's new AI engine entitled ITS Coach. It's a powerful LLM platform hosted at ITS on our own server platform. ITS Coach has been in development for over a year and performs much like other AI platforms such as ChatGPT or Gemini. However, ITS Coach is specific to the race timing industry and all of the ITS products.

ITS Coach has been trained with 18 years of engineering information, technical support guides, configuration drawings, and other technical information used to support our products. Millions of pieces of data have been inserted into the engine and the process will continue indefinitely. ITS customers can now type in any questions they desire, and the system will provide quick answers as well as a list of documents they can click on to learn more. In addition to technology information, ITS Coach is now being trained on business issues specific to the timing industry. Tips on marketing, financing, sales, and much more are now being fed to the engine. Ultimately, ITS Coach will be a great resource to all Jaguar timers who want to build successful companies.

The same AI technology is now being integrated into ITS products. Soon, our Jaguar platform will be able to identify and solve technical issues before the operator is even aware of a problem. An upcoming release of Jaguar and PhotoVIsion will incorporate this new technology and we're excited about what it does for our customers.
