Our recently renovated office brings together updated finishes, refreshed meeting spaces, and comfortable collaboration areas designed to support how our team works today. From welcoming tenants to connecting as a team, the new space reflects the thoughtful, functional environments we strive to create across our portfolio.

Our St. Louis team recently stepped outside the office for a closer look at the city we call home. Through the Missouri Historical Society’s See STL: Downtown Origins tour, the team explored the people, places, architecture, and history that have shaped St. Louis over time. It was a great opportunity to spend time together, learn more about the community around us, and deepen our appreciation for the neighborhoods and built environment that make St. Louis unique.

Our Altus team traded the office for the Minnesota State Fair for a day of good food, great company, and some well-deserved team time. We’re grateful for opportunities to step away from the day-to-day, connect with one another, and enjoy one of Minnesota’s best traditions.

Congratulations to the newest members of the Altus family, and their parents! Our teams recently came together for a few special celebrations, including a diaper party, taco-themed baby sprinkle, and pizza & Pampers gathering. We’re excited to celebrate these growing families and wish Nathan, Demmi, and Alex plenty of joy, memorable moments, and maybe even a little sleep along the way.

Altus is proud to call Clayton, Missouri, our corporate home—and proud to celebrate the community that makes it such a special place. The Saint Louis Art Fair brings artists, neighbors, and visitors together in the heart of Clayton for one of the region’s most anticipated events.
