MTM Health recently joined the CCSD Adult Education Center Resource Fair, engaging with more than 50 individuals and sharing information about Medicaid transportation benefits and other community resources.

Many attendees were learning about their transportation benefits for the first time, making this outreach an important opportunity to help reduce barriers to healthcare access. Thank you to everyone who helped make this event a success!
